Who is Jasdeep Singh Gill? One of the Highly Educated Radha Soami Head Ever

Jasdeep Singh Gill, recently named the new head of Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB), is a man of remarkable accomplishments and diverse experiences. At 45, Gill steps into his role as the spiritual leader.

Before this significant spiritual appointment, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Cipla Limited, a prominent pharmaceutical company, from 2019 until May 31, 2024.

Gill’s resume boasts a wealth of experience across various sectors. He was a board observer at Ethris and Achira Labs Private Limited and served on the board of Wealthy Therapeutics until March 2024.

His career began at Ranbaxy, where he worked as an executive assistant to the CEO, and at Cambridge University Entrepreneurs as the president and chairman. These roles equipped him with leadership skills that he will now bring to his new spiritual responsibilities.

Academically, Jasdeep Singh Gill’s credentials are equally distinguished. He holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Cambridge. His educational journey also includes a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), achieved through an exchange program.

Additionally, he earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biochemical engineering and biotechnology from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

According to PTI, Jasdeep Singh Gill’s father, Sukhdev Singh Gill, retired from the Indian Army as a colonel and moved to Beas over 20 years ago. Jasdeep has been visiting the Dera and doing “sewa” for the past 30 years. His wife is a doctor.

As the newly appointed Sant Satguru of RSSB, Jasdeep Singh Gill will guide the spiritual organization and its followers, taking on the mantle from Gurinder Singh Dhillon.

His leadership will mark a new chapter for the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, continuing a legacy of spiritual guidance that has impacted millions worldwide.
